Sexuality Education
Research Based, Pleasure-Focused & Comprehensive Sex Education Services for Mental Health Practitioners, Medical Providers, and Professional Organizations
Defining Sex Education
“Sex education is high quality teaching and learning about a broad variety of topics related to sex and sexuality. It explores values and beliefs about those topics and helps people gain the skills that are needed to navigate relationships with self, partners, and community, and manage one’s own sexual health. Sex education may take place in schools, at home, in community settings, or online.”

My Values & Focus
LGBTQIA+ Informed
Historically, members of the LGBTQIA+ community have been left out of conversations related to sexual health, as these lessons are often given through a hetero-exclusive lens. I provide education that is both informed and affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Sex Positive & Pleasure-Focused
Pleasure is not a dirty word. As a sex-positive sex educator, I want people to understand the meaning and value of pleasure. Instead of focusing on creating shame and fear mongering learners, I want to encourage curiosity, confidence, and equity for people in all body types and sexual orientations.
Consent Based
Consent is at the core of sexual education, because without consent, there is no sex. Practicing enthusiastic consent means seeking for the presence of a “yes” rather than the absence of a “no.” Enthusiastic consent can be expressed both verbally and nonverbally and should be a regular check-in process during any form of sexual intimacy. I hope to help people understand the basis for consent to promote mutually pleasurable sexual experiences.
Research Driven
Currently, 39 states and the District of Columbia require that HIV and/or sex education is covered in school. Unfortunately, of the states that require sex and/or HIV education, fewer than half require it be medically accurate. I provide quality sexuality education by ensuring the information I share is medically accurate, age appropriate, culturally responsive, evidence based and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ people.
